Celebrate a Richardson tradition as Huffhines Harvest Fest marks its 50th anniversary! As Richardson’s premier family-friendly fall festival, Huffhines Harvest Fest attracts thousands of attendees for a weekend filled with seasonal fun, shopping, entertainment, and community spirit.
Don’t miss your chance to be part of the 50th Annual Huffhines Harvest Fest—a milestone celebration expected to attract thousands of attendees ready to shop, explore, and support local vendors.
A non-refundable application fee of $25 is required for each entry form/category submitted and the deadline to apply is August 7, 2026.

Q. How do artists purchase booths?
A: Once an artist has been informed of their acceptance, they can go to the ZAPP Shop once logged in to see available products for purchase or view the Purchasing Products guide.
Q: How can artists get a refund for something purchased?
A: Contacting the Festival is the only way to request a refund for purchases made on ZAPP. While payments are charged through ZAPP, the funds collected are the property of the event organizers and only event administrators can authorize a refund.

Food Vendors
Are you a unique food vendor and interested in applying to participate in Huffhines Harvest Fest or one of our other world-class events? If so, click below to complete an online application. Applications are accepted year-round and are kept on file for consideration. Our team will contact you directly if you are a match for an upcoming event.
Pawtoberfest Vendors – Saturday Only
Apply as a vendor, exhibitor, or sponsor of our specialty dog-centric area of the event, Pawtoberfest! Vendors and exhibitors must be dog-related, while sponsors do not. We are looking for groups that fit well with our event theme, including pet apparel/treats/toy vendors, boarding facilities, pet trainers, groomers, vet clinics, rescue organizations, and more! Pawtoberfest is Saturday only.
Deadline is September 12, 2026.
Volunteers
Participate in Huffhines as a volunteer in our interactive family activities area. We rely on volunteers to help implement a variety of fun activites for attendees to enjoy such as pumpkin decorating, games, scarecrow village and more. Volunteer can participate as individuals, families, friends or groups.
- Volunteers must be 16 or older
- Volunteer shifts are 2 1/2 hours.
- Volunteers need to be available for the entire shift.
- All volunteers must sign up online in advance.
- No walk-in volunteers the day of the event will be accepted.
If you are volunteering for community service hours documentation is only available at the end of each shift. It is the individual’s responsibility to bring their own paperwork. All volunteers will receive a confirmation email and more detailed information prior to the event date.
