Pawtoberfest is a “Special Feature” of Huffhines Harvest Fest, held only on Saturday.
Come join us for a day in the park with your pup and friends while sipping craft beer, enjoying delicious goodies from the food trucks, listening to live music, shopping from vendors, and participating in other fun activities!
VENDOR BOOTHS & SPONSORS
Interested in having a booth at our event or being a sponsor? Application Deadline: Friday, Sep 13, 2024. Applications reviewed in late summer/early fall.
Vendors and exhibitors must be dog-related, while sponsors do not. Submission of an application does not guarantee a spot at the event.
Vendors – $100: Can sell items/services at event
Exhibitors – $75: Cannot sell items/services. May share information, hand out flyers, hold activities, or giveaway items for free.
Sponsors – Various sponsorship levels available with a variety of perks. Details and pricing are listed in the application.
PET COSTUME CONTESTS - 12pm & 3pm
Online Registration: $5/pet
Opens Monday, Sep 16 | Closes Friday, Oct 18 at noon
Walk-up Registration spots are limited – $10/pet
Enter your adorable pup into one of our costume contests! Spots are limited. Walk-up spots are not guaranteed and must be registered at least 1 hour before the contest. Award ribbons are given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

PRESALE "PAWKAGES"
A ‘Pawkage’ includes the official 2024 Pawtoberfest bandana, beer mug, 1 voucher for a free beer, $1 off all beer refills, and a goody bag of dog treats.
You must be 21 years old to purchase. All ‘Pawkages’ will be handed out at the Pawtoberfest Info tent on-site so that proper ID can be checked.
A limited number will be available for presale until Friday, October 18th at noon, so be sure to purchase yours in advance! Price increases day of event. Purchase not required to enter event.

Costume Contest #1 – Registration required
Dress your furry friend in costume and participate in the annual costume contest!
