2025 costume contest
Bring the whole family and show off your creativity at our Costume Contest! From silly to spooky, sweet to imaginative, all ages are welcome to participate.
Ghosts, Princesses, Witches, and Superheroes unite! Sign up to participate in the Huffhines Harvest Fest costume contest, hosted by J-Si from The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show, for a chance to win cash prizes on Sunday, October 19 on the Front Porch Stage. Participants must pre-register to participate and contest will start at 2:30 pm at the Front Porch Stage (Main Stage) at Huffhines Harvest Fest. First place prizes will be awarded in all of the following categories.
Categories and Prizes:
- Best Family Costume (3 or more human participants of any age): $100 grand prize
- Adult Costume (13 years or older): $50 grand prize
- Children Costume (12 years and younger): $25 grand prize
Rules:
- All participants must pre-register and can only register for one category.
- All creative, spooky, funny or imaginative costumes are welcomed, homemade or store bought.
- Costumes must be “G” rated and may not include any offensive material or vulgar language.
- All costumes will be judged by a panel of 3 judges based on creativity, best representation of character, originality and ability to follow rules.
- Staff reserves the right to disallow costuming that could be considered culturally or demographically insensitive.
- Grand prizes will be awarded the day of the contest.
- All participants must check in by 2:15 p.m. am at the Front Porch Stage. Contest(s) will begin at 2:30 p.m.
Pre-Registration for the costume contest closed on October 17.
